Payment
Currently shopping through website is without proceedings of payment. Once you select and shop the products, details reach to us. Our executive will then contact you for availability of products, mode of payments and delivery schedule. Then you have to submit your payment. Your product will be delivered at your destination, only after payment confirmation.
Delivery and Shipping
In India : If required quantity is available, delivery will take 2 working days else 25 days depending on quantity and design. Delivery will be insured, secure and safe. Delivery and shipping charges are additional and payable at customer's end.
Product Availability
Product will only be sent when it is available. Generally we stock the products in plenty but in case of bulk orders it may take time. Our executive will inform you about delivery and product availability. Because of products are strictly hand-crafted, pieces may vary slightly on design design, size and weight.
Guarantee/Warrantee
Our products are covered under warranty only not guarantee. If product fails due to our end we will replace but we do not cover any guarantee/warranty at your end (if product fails from you.). The product information will be sent to you like how to carry, how to store, how to use and if you not follow the information then we will not provide any replacement.
